@gracepaish@asda@AsdaServiceTeam Same things just happened to me, I even handed it back to the delivery guy, but he just said cut it off and throw it in the bin and it should go off after a few minutes! Bit apprehensive to do it this time of night in case it doesn’t stop!
@NOWHelpTeam Your customer service team has told me there is an outage in my area that will take 3 to 5 days to fix. I work from home and need internet connection, surely that time frame is unacceptable. Why so long?
Evri/Hermes It has become apparent, that your driver for the area is a ghost, I’ve been in all day and nobody’s knocked my door or rang my doorbell, video to prove it, yet he’s sent a notification saying he’s called to pick up a parcel #Evri#Liar
@tereaand@HMRCcustomers Totally and so very frustrating, when you spend so much time having to chase up a problem that’s not been caused by you, but all you’re doing is going round and round in circles because there is no actual person to communicate with.
@HMRCcustomers@tereaand My husband has the same problem, but with a VAT return, it was paid on time and is shown coming out the bank, but he’s receiving letters stating interest is going to be added because it’s not been paid? Nobody answers the phone, is there no other way than snail mail?
