@VueHelp I booked tickets to see Bing’s Christmas @ Staines for two adults and a child under 1 but it wouldn’t allow me to purchase just the adult ones so I had to buy a child one aswell?! ☹️Really annoyed as child should of been free!

@VueHelp Then an option for a free ticket should be on there? My child is under 1.Also the whole point of an autism friendly screening is that no ads get played and the volume remains low- this was not the case this morning. After 20 minutes of trailers my son had given up so did we! ☹️
