Robert Williams, was handed an extended sentence of 19 years in jail and a further five years on licence for crimes against two young children over a period of four years at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, June 19.

He was earlier found guilty at trial of three counts of rape of a child under the age of 13, three counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and two counts of cruelty to a child under the age of 16.
