@JeremyClarkson - another genius, funny, compassionate and very edible series of #ClarksonsFarm3 made by (and starring) proper people! Any chance you can do a less fruity language for the younger ones - they’d bloody love it. It would 100% inspire future budding farmers!
Cannot praise these incredible men enough for their bravery and selflessness in seeking justice against a despicable monster. What inspirational people. What you are doing is beyond courageous and must be unbelievably difficult for you all.
I’ve heard from women who have told me their doctor has said they have to exercise more and lose weight before they can start HRT. To me, this is a backwards approach. When women are feeling better after taking HRT, they are more likely to have the motivation to exercise so then everything becomes easier and more enjoyable, as Gabby Logan explains happened to her here.
In my podcast this week, we talk more about this and how important exercise is for our mental wellbeing as well as our physical wellbeing. You can listen to the full episode here: https://t.co/FphfPhWac9
Rest in peace Matthew Perry.
We are devastated by the news of your passing.
Could we be any more heartbroken?
No.
You will be forever loved, always missed and never forgotten. Sending love to you, your family, your friends and your fans.

In recent days I have been approached by a number of women who use Oestrogel who say they have experienced a return of menopause symptoms, after a different bottle design has become available in the UK over the last year.
A cylindrical Oestrogel bottle with a white lid (previously used up to 2019) is being dispensed alongside the existing conical bottle design, which has a blue lid.
Some women have said the cylincrical shape bottle provides a smaller quantity each pump. Oestrogel manufacturer Besins have stressed to me both bottles deliver the same quantity and quality of estradiol.
If however you believe your Oestrogel pump pack is not functioning correctly, Besins requests you send a product quality complaint to [email protected]. If you are experiencing a recurrence of symptoms, you should discuss this with your prescribing clinician and you can report any concerns to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency’s Yellow Card Scheme at: https://t.co/RlxYFJ3EA0 or via the MHRA Yellow Card app. You can also email [email protected].
If you ever have any concerns about the effectiveness of any form of HRT, my key advice is that you contact your healthcare professional, and continue taking your usual prescription.
A lot of people criticise me and claim that I think HRT is a golden bullet that will fix everything. Of course I don’t think that, but I do know that it can help improve both physical and psychological menopause symptoms which can often give women the boost they need to change other lifestyle factors too.
I often hear from women who start HRT and then they exercise more and eat better because their energy levels have improved, so for many women it’s worth considering HRT to see what symptoms improve and then go from there.
@charliersmith1 Your posts always make me smile. Obviously not because of what you’re going through because that’s really very very tough for you, but because you’re always smiling and trying so hard despite it. You’re a true inspiration to many and a brilliant person. Don’t give up! X
@drlouisenewson My docs suggested meno vits for 3 months, anti-depressants if that didn’t help, then HRT as last option. I’m so grateful to you - because of you I didn’t listen & pushed for HRT instead.
Turns out I wasn’t depressed & HRT resolved most issues! Listen to your gut ladies (& Dr N)!
@LewisCapaldi watching your Netflix docu, which is most excellent, just as you are!And huge kudos to your very lovely, down to earth parents, who clearly think you’re bloody brilliant too!
Thanks for inviting us behind the scenes - it’s a tricky thing to bare all (not literally)
@drlouisenewson@Our_Bookshop@YellowKiteBooks Feel so very lucky to have been able to attend this tonight. You are an inspiration to so many people and you’re changing women’s lives for the better! Thank you! And thank you to @Our_Bookshop brilliant event as always!
@JeremyClarkson, Lisa, Charlie, Kaleb, Gerald and Co. you’re doing a superb job highlighting the struggles of British farmers. You obviously (and rightly) feel genuinely passionate about this and the future of the lovely farmers around you, so bloody good on you!! #britishfarming
My god this show is painful to watch. Why am I watching?
Mo Gilligan is talking at a million mph and the ad-libbing is painful; the acceptance speeches are dull; the celeb interviews are cringeworthy; and the award presenters look like they’re hostages.
