Can someone keeping stats explain why errors are not called errors?

There’s this thing in the #nfl where any ball touched - by a WR - should be caught. Yet guys in baseball tank plays or are out of position. No error.

1) How many hits have gone his way 2) How many pansy plays does he have (a ball eats him up and it’s called a hit)? I’ve seen it happen to him at least twice

@tylermilliken_ @bradfo This guy's best years were in Seattle. He no-hit the Jays. In NY he pitched more games than any season in Seattle.

Since then he's had TJ, shoulder tear, now a hamstring. Hire a yoga instructor and get your body right man. I worry Boston will get 0 return with this guy.
