On our Sunday night stream, we went over the weekly plan for $ES and $NQ. On $ES we covered them importance of $6075 and how it should be used going into this week.

This afternoon, we saw a breakdown from there and rejection $6060 indicating there was further downside. The result was a solid short for about 11 points.

Sitting out on trading today. Her is the week in review. More winners than losers, and my winners outweighed my losers. Did I end at my highest balance of the week? No, but I am ending up on the week.

Market isn't going anywhere and it certainly is better to protect my profits when I know that life things (outside of trading) are putting me in a position where it wouldn't be smart to do so today. This is a big step for me and I am calling today a win for recognizing that.

He fails to see the traders that were owed that money, yet ended up in the hole because he failed to hold up his end.

A failed business is nothing to be ashamed of, but your word not meaning anything after failing to uphold promise after promise is sickening and child like.

Day 3:

2/3 today. Mixed feelings about this as I entered a trade earlier than I planned to today. I got stopped out on it, but should have stuck with my rules and not been trading at that time anyways.

The good? I took the loss and then hit 2 solid trades to end the day solid. Losing within my system/plan is not an issue as long as I stick to the plan. Bright side was cutting my loss and waiting patiently for the next setup. Winning while breaking your rules can trick you into thinking that it is okay, so in a way I am glad it didn't work out anyways.
