@Pirat_Nation "Director Ariel Lawrence" there you have it, the root of all problems with the game. First female director and it flops. When will studios stop lettting people that dont have anything to do with gaming make games...
@Wermux Because the same CMs are still working at Rare? That whole department needs to be gone and replaced with professional CMs. They are frting to keep their jobs thats why replies are locked, no professional company locks replies
@crudmasterTV Sadly this game has the worst CM I've ever seen. Unprofessional, they dont follow their own rules, powertriping, virtue signaling pieces of shit. They shut down negative feedback every time and handled SOT forums like it was their own turf.
@crudmasterTV It's always the forced positivity, the virtue signaling that end up being the worst humans you could ever meet. So he engaged in sexual conversations, solicitated nudes and porn material from a minor, send porn to a minor. Why is he not arrested?
@Stompy_1@HitboTC@SeaOfThieves Everything has to do with christianity, in fact your own moral system is based on christianity. You know right from wrong because you parents thought you
@HuntShowdown How about that ping based matchmaking you guys added more than a year ago just to remove it after a week? Im tired of dying behind corners by square names
@RealLifeWookie@SeaOfThieves Same. I quit sot when they removed quickswap and made all combat clunky as a result of the fix, i will not come back to sot but i still follow the game, i played sot since 2018 until season 10 religiously, all my friends quit around that time too.
@RealLifeWookie@SeaOfThieves Imo what killed the game was Rare's player retention chase at all cost. Their biggest mistake was instant event diving/scaling, instant selling at sovereigns and loot inflation, not only they killed player interaction but also made the main reason to play the game, loot, worthless
@RealLifeWookie@SeaOfThieves Yea, you're right the game is not highguard, concord dead tier yet, there's still some people playing the game but the game is likely heading towards end of life, everything points in that direction. Like you said above there were 800k emi before , now it's 200k, like 4x drop
@RealLifeWookie@SeaOfThieves You can see that is reflected in their desperation to save the game by pushing all the requested features from years ago that they didnt bother touching when the game was peak.
@RealLifeWookie@SeaOfThieves This number is nothing, 250k monthly is really low for all platforms and consoles is likely like a quarter only based on steam stats. The game has around 8k average playing at all times on all platforms, thats why the sea feels dead, the ttv/yt interest dropped and google trends
@S0nicbob Diving and sovereign instant selling had the biggest impact on the game, completely killed the risk/reward gameplay loop and took away the actual reason people were playing the game. I would've removed them completely and also lowered the loot amount. Step in the right direction!
@Noobface What do you expect from a game made with blueprints by DEI hires? Literally 0 security in mind when they designed the game, system wise it's basically a single player game. I'm surprised people still play this garbage..
