Absolutely shocking experience at Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Southbank. Terrible customer service, staff rudeness off the charts and all of it to an IHG member.
Even worse the IHG customer service team member “Katrina” was even more rude @IHGOneRewards @IHGCorporate
