@chilternrailway I can’t remember the last time I got a seat travelling on one of your trains from Banbury to London. Why is it right that people who stand pay the same fare as someone who is seated? Dreadful.

@chilternrailway I’m on the 10.40am from Banbury to Marylebone. Not only are many people standing but the heating is on! Please ask the train driver to turn it down!! This train never has seating and yet I still have to pay full fare. Disgraceful.
