@_Graus@arfa2706 Ask yourself that question a few more times and come back to me on that one. You clearly can’t tell between a legitimately difficult boss fight that’s designed properly and doesn’t need random individual enemies being thrown at you to clutter the screen and “make it hard”
@arfa2706 Dude you’re just a TC cuck and it’s okay. I’m just choosing to acknowledge lazy game design instead of blindly glazing it like a little soy boy
@arfa2706 That’s where you and I differ my friend. I believe a true boss does not need basic enemies to make it hard. It just needs a well design. But agree to disagree. We’re both fans of the franchise I just want them to do better.
@arfa2706 You’re missing the point. There’s a time and place for throwing a bunch of enemies on the screen. But when they do it for most boss fights instead of having a 1v1 with a truly difficult, well designed boss, that’s when I get pissed because it’s lazy.
@box_shades @Maliykus I didn’t struggle, it was just repetitive and not a fun playing experience, the game wasn’t as hard as people were making it out to be. I’ve played through all the souls and souls-likes. I know what good and bad game design is and when something is truly hard.
@arfa2706 Where as here in silk song you’re tied to healing for three masks no matter what. So if I just need one or two I burn the same amount and that’s just a step back. “Oh but you can heal in the air” isn’t enough to make it “better” than hollow knights healing.
@arfa2706 Instead of making a BOSS fight they lazily throw in multiple hordes of enemies to make it “difficult” when instead they can just make great bosses. And for the healing, in hollow knight you used to be able to control how much healing you wanted by holding, there was a risk reward
@arfa2706 Let’s keep on: raging conchfly throws enemies against you, broodmother throws enemies at you, Chef Lugoli throws enemies at you, groal the great throws enemies at you, the unravelled throws enemies at you, court of kraws another arena, karmelita throws enemies at you!!! ->
@_Graus@Maliykus Yes I realized it. You can’t defend your game so you result to picking apart my writing error. Seems to be proving my point about not being able to defend this games flaws.
@box_shades @Maliykus These “tired talking points” are getting talked about so much because it’s glaringly obvious how much worse this game is than the first one…
