Just landed on @AmericanAir in @CLTAirport & this is the worst 1st impression of a city I have seen in a long time. Even 3rd world countries have given a better first impression!! @CLTgov should be embarrassed!!! Term A has No walls, floors, ceilings! Horrible!!

@survivorcbs My 7yo asked “what is wrong with her” & we got to have the “this is your brain on drugs” conversation - thx 2 C. Great example of why not 2 do drugs. Happy she got sober. Certain it saved her life, but unfortunate I had to explain drugs & impact 2 my child thanks 2 survivor

Apparently @united finds it completely acceptable to have their customers book a flight in the US, then, when they get to the airport, tell them they will actually be riding a bus! WTF!! This is 100% a bait and switch / false advertising!!

@united Checked seat and the seat I paid and have confirmation for was just deleted and they stuck me in a back middle seat. Literally one row from the back! (Even though I paid for a preferred seat).

@united They didn’t do anything on Facebook. Literally zero help. They sent some screen shot of info they had to prove to me I was on a bus (no shit)…I sent them my “flight” information to show them I have 6 places of it showing a flight….
