@DreamlandUK I've 2 elderly relatives who are waiting for their heated throws and its freezing. All paid for online on 9th Oct. No comms from you, I've written 2 emails and called you 3 times. I'm struggling to get a response owing to the system you have in place. Please HELP!

Agreement from all that this is how we work here
Consistency in everything you do
Call out bad behaviour whenever you see it
Recognise positive intent
Challenge well
Care for all, our communities, our clients, our customers, our colleagues...

Positive intention and concern for others in the workplace is esential to building trust, loyalty, community, collaboration and finally collective performance - how can you care too much...

It's always been important but I think it's mores now.
Who would chose to work in an organisation that had leaders who have poor self awareness, little empathy, compassion or genuine care for others?
I've experienced it, hated it & will never do it again

A lovely thought to end on...
I vote for removing the fear of failure from learning to support more joy! ....repeat...repeat...repeat

If you are able to recognise and celebrate your achievements our Mr Imposter fades away into the distant background! Humans are so clever!

I wonder if 90% actually actively do this?
I think it is probably lower in my experience, I wonder what would happen if it was 90%

Oh my, so many ways to answer this...
The organisation should provide and encourage a learning environment.
It's down to individual to engage and recognise the importance of professional development.

As an organisation and a team our strengths and skills are popped into the melting pot in service of delivering whatever the purpose is.
Just thinking, is it possible to be good at everything? Isn't it normal that we all have areas that we need to work on?
