We went to the Social Security office today just to see that it was closed due to technical issues and there was no way to find that out. There has to be a better way for folks to get help and get their needs addressed.

@SocialSecurity @TheSSAOIG went to 4 locations today. One was closed due to IT issues, another moved, 4th location is closed w/the same issue. No mention about the nationwide outage. It would be helpful to post on all locations and 800 number so people are informed @MattHaneySF
