@CurrysServices really appalling customer service from currys online. Main item missing from an expensive purchase which was ordered and paid for online and dispatched by them, but they wouldn’t help me because I collected the package from store rather than home delivery.

@SportsDirect_CS paid for next day delivery for items ordered pre-6pm on Fri 4/9. Still not arrived and courier tracking not updated since it arrived at their sorting hub sat morning. Customer service just email me tracking number at every contact!!
