Where does Andy Biggs stand on data centers in Arizona?

“No more subsidies and no more special gifts,” Biggs said.

The GOP gubernatorial candidate says data centers should be welcome in Arizona only if they can supply their own power without straining the grid and use closed-loop water systems that don’t drain the state’s resources.

Biggs says companies are still interested because of Arizona’s “tremendous geologic stability.”
