The individual works of the second phase were pleasing across the board. @IconSpell

… and to conduct dialogues. For both I gave them topics like »You have a conflict. What kind, how do you clarify it« or »a little adventure«. And I didn't allow them to talk or to use mimic or gestures! @iconspell

In a later stadium the studens gave eachother sentences to translate like »We are all equal« @iconspell

We all enjoed the warming phase that included the translation of compound words like lifecycle and time-table. Results were translated back and forth into icons and language following the chinese wisper principle. We also analysed the applied strategies. @IconSpell

I brought with me the experiences and results of the first workshop participants and students to discuss and to develop further. And I brought some exciting books about signs and visual languages! @IconSpell

It was a pleasure to work with this group, which was the most international I have ever worked with at universities, with Bulgarian, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Thai and Vietnamese as mother tongues. @iconspell
