I've been to dozens of Colorado River meetings, negotiations, and water forums. Never saw you. Never saw Kelly. I did see Arizona's entire Republican delegation doing the work while you were busy chasing TV cameras and campaigning around the country.

The Upper Basin has senators like Mike Lee and John Barrasso fighting for their states. Arizona got you, Kelly, and Hobbs, and now we're staring down another major cut.

Maybe if you spent half as much time fighting for Arizona's water as you do building your national political brand, we wouldn't be here today. Too little. Too late.
