If you can’t remember who you main, my best advice to you is to WRITE THAT SHIT DOWN. If you don’t have a pen and paper handy, ask your opponent if you can borrow his main. One cool trick that MKLeo does is memorize his character's name by heart so he can "fuck your shit up."

Tell your opponent before a match that you’re going to win to lower their expectations. If they say “let’s just both do our best and try to have fun”, you can say something cool like “people talk shit behind your back and I’m only telling you that because I respect you.”
