Huge thank you to Maryam for her hard work on this project (& brilliant poster presentation today), and to @WISESTualberta for making this project possible!
It was amazing working with Maryam, a @WISESTualberta Summer Research Project high school student (left). Her contributions landed her authorship on a abstract I just submitted for @asab_tweets Winter Conference.

Latest paper associated with @ualbertaScience bear research. This was a really interesting project that arose from long-term interest on environmental factors affecting bear movement. Do grizzlies follow their nose? Sometimes (or at least crosswind).
