Mick Jagger Says It’s Not His Job to Lecture Rolling Stones’ Fans on Politics
NYT: “Bruce Springsteen clearly sees his job as engaging in a meaningful back and forth.”
MICK JAGGER: “My job in the live music world is for those people that come to have the best time … And you don't want to lecture them.”
Oregon's economy is showing the consequences of years of policy failures to foster private-sector growth.
Businesses are now closing faster than new ones are opening—a dramatic reversal from the state's long-standing economic pattern and another sign that Oregon's post-pandemic recovery has fallen behind the rest of the nation.
According to the latest data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, business closures exceeded new establishments by 1,700 in 2024 and by another 6,000 during the first nine months of 2025. While some closures may ultimately prove temporary, Oregon is experiencing its longest sustained period of business losses since the Great Recession.
Nationally, the picture is markedly different.
Across the United States, new business formations continued to outpace closures through the end of 2024, and the pace of new business openings remained steady into 2025.
Oregon's broader economic indicators tell the same story. The state's unemployment rate stands at 5.2%—the third highest in the nation—and job growth has been essentially flat since 2023, even as the national labor market continued to add jobs.
These trends reflect an economy that has struggled to create the conditions necessary for businesses to invest, expand, and hire.
Even Gov. Tina Kotek's own Economic Prosperity Council has acknowledged the need for a different approach. Last month, the council recommended tax relief, regulatory reform, and greater investment in higher education to strengthen Oregon's private sector—an implicit recognition that the state's current policies have not produced the level of business growth or job creation Oregon needs.

🇺🇸Here stands the magnificently restored World War II Memorial fountain in 2026, revitalized through President Trump’s dedicated effort to preserve and honor America’s historic landmarks in our nation’s capital⛲
🔥🚨LATEST: This wrestling coach is being praised for his approach with this young man who was getting emotional during training. “Fatigue makes us cowards.”
CHARLIE KIRK: "A spiritual battle is coming to the West, and the enemies are Marxism combining with Islam, to go after the American way of life.
If you are Christian, these two threats are coming after us. It's time the Church stands & rises up against it."
You are never too far gone from the grace of God! 🙏
“We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all” (Isaiah 53:6).
🚨 NOW: Nick Shirley is being praised nationwide for focusing MORE on massive fraud in NYC and Minnesota than major news networks with BILLIONS of dollars
Now DR. OZ is involved to expose it all! 🔥
SHIRLEY: "Why aren't people reporting on this? It's not right or left. It's what's WRONG and what's RIGHT. Our money was being defrauded by Somali Learing Centers, adult daycares..."
"I'm not trying to paint any narrative when I go out and do these videos."

Wesley Winter can be thought of as the English Nick Shirley. He documents protests for YouTube and other social media. As a result of his coverage of Antifa, he was brutally beaten in Paris. (There are a lot of empowered, violent Antifa in Europe.) Please read his post:
The world’s oldest living land animal - the Seychelles giant tortoise named Jonathan - has recently celebrated his 193rd birthday.
He was basically born ~30 years before the US Civil War started.
Tina Kotek and the Democrats are the reason why things are so expensive here in Oregon. Don’t forget that…
Just look at the rise in property taxes over the last 10+ years. Pure insanity.
Other states are lowering their property taxes or trying to abolish them all together…
This is how the NYC Adult Daycare scam works:
- Daycare is funded by Medicaid
- The more patients=more money
- Patients receive kickbacks for attending daycare and bringing friends (referral program)
- Our taxes pay for elderly Koreans to play ping pong & tai chi
END IT ALL
FRAUD 🚨 Remember when Gavin Newsom gave that free diapers contract to the Baby2Baby NGO ran by his wife Jennifer Newsom’s friend
CBS Los Angeles put in records requests for the contract details and bids and Gavin Neswsom won’t release it
- CBS requested the contract and related records including competitive bid scoring sheets on May 12, 2026. 4 days after the announcement
- Governor’s office sent them to California Health and Human Services
- That agency sent them to another agency)
Legally, they had up to 10 days to respond on disclosure, but that doesn’t stop them from not releasing it
- California filled a first extension under an unusual circumstances clause
- After 10 days, invoked a clause for another 14 days to decide on disclosure
This is already 24 days to even confirm they were disclosable
- They delayed again and promised copies in 3–4 weeks after that decision
- On the due date of July 3, the state requested another 2 weeks
- 56 days since the request, the state still is refusing to provided the executed contract, procurement packet, scope of work and bid scoring sheets
Again, this was all supposed to just be simply provided within a few days
Only one reason for this, massive fraud and money laundering
The US Government needs to pay Nick Shirley for doing a service of saving the taxpayers money.
We need to incentivize this type of reporting so the revenue is coming from the outcome.
Right now the incentive is to do the fraud, there are too many liabilities in stopping it.
🚨 Nick Shirley discovers three medical equipment companies operating out of one apartment.
You won't believe this.
Three durable medical equipment companies are registered to a single residential apartment in New York City.
They are set up to receive major Medicaid payouts for supplying necessary patient gear. But when asked where the actual equipment is, the occupant gives a clear answer.
"No, I don't have any."
That is the reality of the paper-only medical supplier.
Fraudsters register multiple entities to one residential address to maximize Medicaid billing.
They bank on the assumption that regulators will never knock on the door.
Bill Maher asks how the government is “failing the poor so badly” when he pays “60 PERCENT” of his earnings in taxes.
“Last week was tax day… I paid the government probably almost 60% of what I earn. That’s a lot.”
“And I… wouldn’t mind if Bernie Sanders would stop saying the rich don’t pay taxes.”
“The top 10% pay 72% of all federal income taxes. And the bottom half, 3%.”
“The Democratic Socialists talk about socialism like we don’t already have a lot: Social Security, unemployment, Medicare, nutritional assistance, Medicaid, Obamacare, disability, housing subsidies.”
“How can you be soaking the rich and failing the poor so badly? How can it be that the federal government alone took in over 5 trillion in taxes last year, and we still need that?”
“Are we really this incompetent and corrupt?”
