@AndrewMorganRCT @RCTCouncil Several months ago your staff broke my bin, leaving 1 wheel. Came home today and they have taken my bin. No card, no replacement. Called and told 28 days to look at cctv, or £31 to get a new one - smaller. What a service you provide! Unbelievable! 😡

@RCTCouncil @AndrewMorganRCT I did that yesterday and was wholly dissatisfied with your response- it took 45 mins to be answered, and it has been reported. However I still have no bin. This needs to be sorted, your staff failed to give me a reference number and I am unable to DM you unless you DM me first.

@RCTCouncil 'Has it been stolen?' Um unlikely, remember it only has 1 wheel! Neighbours bins all still present - pretty sure my 1 wheeled bin would not have been 1st choice for theft!!🤔😴🤦‍♀️

@RishiSunak It's absolutely shameful. This is not a 'good deal' for any NHS staff. However, dont forget folks that apparently we need to consider inflation and buffer it.😴😡Unbelievable. So out of touch. You really don't get it, do you?!

@_LisaCherry @TerrettSarah Unfortunately, it's also about getting other professional bodies on board. We 'Health Visitors', in my case, often raise these issues but are looked at with blank faces. The court system also needs to look into this - often, they do not understand this aspect of child protection

@StJohnsAberdare could you confirm if all students on the Cwmbach bus are required to self isolate. I have had no message regarding my son which is disappointing, yet many other parents seem to have received. Very poor home school communication.
