@crostamollica whilst I love everything your brand stands for and the pure ingredients that I’m happy to pay a premium for, I was horrified by the cheese (or rather lack of) on my pizza last night. When you pay for quality and flavour, this is not what you expect. So disappointed
@nectar I’ve had 3000 points deducted from a store in Purley Way yesterday??? I’m nowhere near there and have not spent any of my points. I too save them for Xmas. What’s happening?
@Village_Hotels why despite being a Village Gym member and paying over £150 for a night in 1 of your hotels at the weekend did I have to pay £4 for towels just so I could have a swim with my family during our stay? And no, I didn’t get the 20% room discount I was promised either
@thewhitecompany I’m so so disappointed with my Winter reed diffuser. Have you changed the formula? I bought one online and there is zero fragrance in the room. I’ve had one every year and they typically fill the house with the smell of Christmas but this year - nothing.

Bonus points from the app always arrive in the day of delivery. Always. Never within 28 days. Appalled that you don’t know
Why has it become acceptable for call centres to have call waiting times of an hour? Twice today @Sainsburys_Bank I have tried to obtain a product from you today and given up. I can’t do it online. I appreciate the need to reduce cost but at the expense of new business? Really?
@nectar Apparently it’s nothing to do with Nectar, but Sainsburys. I just called Sainsburys and they don’t know anything about it. So it sounds like no one has got a clue when this will be fixed.
@sainsburys@Wayneandlouie How do you not know, @sainsburys that there is a huge issue with bonus nectar points. Nectar claim it’s nothing to do with them and you are fixing it. They are always added on the day of delivery and no one’s had any for 3 weeks. Really poor.
@sainsburys When are you going to resolve the nectar bonus points issue? Nectar are saying it’s your problem to resolve, not there’s. It’s been almost 4 weeks now. If you’re no longer rewarding loyalty then I would imagine most loyal customers will go elsewhere…
@nectar@SmokeyTBarthol1 Sorry to hear? How do you not know?? I keep asking when it will be fixed and you keep telling me about backdated points. I want to know when it will be fixed and we’ll get them on the day of the shop as usual.
@nectar Another @sainsburys delivery, another week without @nectar bonus points. 4 weeks now. Time to shop elsewhere as it doesn’t appear Nectar are doing anything about it. If @sainsburys aren’t rewarding loyalty, @Tesco it is!
