Hey there!
Name is Julian Andrew, you can call me Andrew...
I'm currently learning how to combine my love for solving and steamlining processes and Ai.

Let's connect!
I was talking to a business owner with multiple businesses and her biggest pain is being able to monitor all of it..
Got her a prototype of a dashboard with systems connecting her businesses.
Just realized something...
Kept learning how to be more efficient in my service.
But, it seems like i should learn more about business skills first
Any recommendations for learning business related skills?
Was talking in reddit and it made me realize my proposition for my service is still too vague!
Well we are learning!
A person i met here also said the same thing so I'm fixing it 🤣🫡
So i just found out I can get Hermes to tell Codex CLI to code the app..
I wanted a Pomodoro and a tracker for my productivity. Session gets tracked using a local sql and have Hermes create daily and weekly report of my work sessions..

I've come to realize that many starting business owners love manually doing things for their business..
But as you start growing, having tools and softwares becomes more of a need than a want.
Which softwares are you using now to manage your business?
I just had Hermes create me a lead list and out of all those i had it filter for me a top 10 that is closest to my ICP.
Now, i think its time for me to reach out..
Question i have now is.
How should i frame my first message to them 🤔
@George_Natiotis Lets connect! Im looking to validate my service for Marketing Agencies and Cteative Studios as a Business System Design consultant. If it makes sense! Would love to connect with everyone!
Hey peeps! I'm looking to validate my service as Business System Designer.
My goal is to connect with business owners, founders, consultants and coaches and understand your business processes and workflows to decrease workload without sacrificing quality and time!
Solopreneurs scaling up and growing your team..
1. Dont neglect your processes. .
Its obvious, but writing SOPs is one thing. Building the workflow is another.
2. Stop wanting to know every little thing that happens. Delegate and let go...
Focus on what moved the needle!!
Think of a time when you first started your business..
It was all you...
But now...
You have people under you.. now everything in your mind has to become a process
What helped you with that transition?
I used to work in a startup company and let me tell you..
Not having the documents where it shows you the processes and fulfillment of the service was a complete nightmare!
If you are considering to hire people for your business..
Make sure your processes are documented first
I think i need to really start connecting with people who I want to validate my Service 🤔
If you are:
- Coach
- Mentor
- Consultant
- Founder
- Business Owner
Let's connect! I would love to understand how your business is handling your day to day management.
Been building my Design System in Pen Dev and as a past freelance brand designer in my early days...
Being able to do the first part of the work done for you is really next level, all you have to do now really is adjust things need adjusting.
@Kyle_Structure First client to work with and payment. I'd rather spend time validating my service than building audience without knowing my service is something people actually need.
So.. im now using claude code but with a different provider under the hood 🤣
Two things I noticed
1. Flagship models are still pretty good with reasoning
2. Claude code has a more intuitive CLI feels than Hermes.
