But if you need objects to be bright you realize that saturation also darkens a color while a desaturated color seems often lighter than same color with mor saturation
@bartolomey_wong@J2D_Interactive Colors are a lot about feelings. dont try to much to desaturate your environment. Even there are objects which need to be saturated like flowers. Contrasts are important to let important elements stand out in the game but contrast shouldnt only be achieved by saturation
@bartolomey_wong@J2D_Interactive Very interesting question! For a desaturated look its important to understand that not every color needs to be desaturated. You need the saturation to define pleasing contrasts and highlights. I recommend defining a few backgroundcolors as a base to work on.
