@virginmedia poor and intermittent internet for over 10 days now in N8. Spoke to someone on the phone last week who could give me no update- terrible service, and this is preventing our working from home- when will this be fixed??

@virginmedia The team said there was a problem in our area and that 20% of customers we’re experiencing the same thing. They said they were working on it and would email or text me but we’ve heard nothing and still have an unworkable situation with the internet
