Off course, faking famous voices and uploading illegally is not ok. I dont love all this either, Music rights is my bread and butter. But thing is, the industry cannot fight technological progress. Its just a lost fight, we have to figure out a fun way to use and deal with it
One of the possible fixes is just make a deal with the AI companies, get transcripts for what songs the AI uses for a composition, and get the publishing, just like an interpolation. Consumers get entertained, songwriters and artists get extra money.
This AI vs major labels thing thats developing is starting to feel like the “piracy kills music” or “home taping kills music” campaigns. Just tone def campaigns driven by greed, masked as protecting creatives. I get what they think, but u cannot fight technology or the consumers

Social media in 2023 is like cigarettes in the 80's. We kinda understand its not good, but regulating it will only happen after its undeniably been fucking people up for a long time. Like normal parents used to smoke back to back with the windows up in the car w their babies😂
