Pagnanakaw?! Corruption?! Can we just all divert our “standards” and hate to the politicians who need to be accountable!
In a two-minute Instagram live, Maxie explained that the circulating video was from 3 years ago, and they have settled the issue with the other party.
She hopes this will be her last time apologizing for her behavior.
PADILLA WANTS SPECIAL SESSION FOR BILL LOWERING AGE OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY
WATCH: Following the arrest of 14- and 15-year-old suspects in the fatal shooting of three students in a Tacloban school, Senator Robin Padilla is pushing his bill to lower the minimum age of criminal responsibility from 15 to 10 years old.
With the congressional break, he is calling on President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to call for a special session to tackle the measure.
“Immediate. Kung ganito na… na may namamaril na sa loob ng paaralan,” he said. | @eimorpsantos
It’s about time to address the mental health of the students in school. Kailangan idiscuss about bullying, depression and personal struggles ng mga bata sa loob at labas ng paaralan. It should be part of the curriculum.
'IT WAS A DIFFICULT DECISION TO MAKE'
Caritas Philippines Executive Director Fr. Tito Caluag on Monday addressed public concerns surrounding the removal of an episode of the youth-oriented debate show "YSpeak 2.0," and the program's decision to stop airing on free television.
In a statement released on social media, Caluag said he personally ordered the takedown of the show's third episode, describing it as a difficult decision guided by internal considerations and consultations with concerned parties.
"I wish to clarify that I, as the representative of Caritas Philippines, the producer of the show, was the one who asked that the episode be taken down. It was a difficult decision to make, but there are internal editorial guidelines and basic values of Caritas Philippines I needed to consider. Furthermore, there were other factors I had to take into consideration. I had discussed these with the people concerned" the statement read.
Caluag also explained that the program's absence from ALLTV2 on May 30 was also part of a broader effort to strengthen YSpeak's digital presence and reach more young audiences online.
The statement came days after public discussion emerged over the removal of YSpeak 2.0's third episode from the program's online platforms. The episode featured investigative journalist Christian Esguerra, who commented on several political figures and national issues.
During the discussion, Esguerra described Vice President Sara Duterte as "evil" and questioned the electoral victories of Senators Robin Padilla and Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa, asking, "Bakit at paano [nanalo]."
In response to Caluag's statement, Esguerra questioned the show's "internal editorial guidelines and basic values of Caritas Philippines" that prompted them to take down the episode. "It's also ironic that during my guest appearance, I discussed how 'self-censorship' is 'the worst form of censorship' — which is exactly what the producer did." (Facebook/YSpeak 2.0)

Those trees were decades old!!!
"The activity is covered by a duly issued permit (Permit No. 2026-02-24-TCEBP-1609) granted to the Southern Access Link Expressway Corporation," ayon sa DENR-NCR sa kanilang pahayag ngayong Mayo 20.
"To offset the trees that were cut, the project proponent is required to undertake large‑scale replacement planting within the next planting season as a condition of the permit," dagdag ng ahensya.
| via @francisorcio

“HE DID NOT ESCAPE, HE CHOSE TO LEAVE”
With the senate leadership asserting it will only recognize warrants from PH courts, Sen Bato was able to leave the senate ‘freely’.
SP Cayetano’s position, “PH’s legal system requires any foreign warrant to be validated by local courts before enforcement.”
However, the DOJ & other lawmakers cite RA 9851, which allows cooperation or surrender of individuals to international tribunals under certain circumstances.
For Former Sen Franklin Drilon & Atty Gilbert Andres, “Bato can already be arrested”
Until the Supreme Court issues a ruling on pending petitions including whether PH agencies can legally enforce ICC warrants, this issue will remain legally and politically contentious.

Grabe! 💔😔
