I bet if people started to realize that #specialeducation includes advanced and AP students, the stigma that surrounds it would drastically change...It breaks my heart to think that people see special ed as a negative instead of a 'delightfully different' 😢#edchat

Please remember that when talking about #specialeducation, you are also talking about advanced students AND AP students... Special education simply means teaching students in a way that addresses their individual needs.

Using @peardeck w/ 2 screens allows me to see their ‘real time’ writing while still having the prompt on the screen...I see Peardeck as a great alternative to giving lots of assignments because I get quick,short feedback, and the kids know they can be real since it’s anonymous
