In 2020, 81% of EFTO members were female and 75% of those females were between 20-40 yrs of age... how many of them qualified due to pregnancy? We don’t know. That’s one example. The data isn’t perfect.

@tweettweetgr @imgrund This percentage only includes educators who selected that as their eligibility criteria. Those who met earlier eligibility criteria or who chose a different option are not counted because the system doesn’t collect employment data- just eligibility category.

@TorontoStar It’s clear that we won’t reach a consensus on this. This is why we have a Premier... to lead the Province by making timely, tough decisions based on advice from experts (which he has a plethora of already). Instead, he’s playing games with polls and optics.

No waitlists. The mental health and addictions sector needs a fully funded healthcare strategy now. #everythingisnotokay

@OpinionsRMine2 @RyanJBlack @tylerblack32 @ashleypmiller 4/ increase in addiction, increased onset of mental health issues and increased severity of preexisting mental health issues... this list goes on. @tylerblack32 is right in saying that opening schools is complicated, with good and bad outcomes on both sides of the decision.
