@guardiannews @hmolawyer I agree, suffered since I was 9, NHS refuse to treat me or finally diagnose me. Apparently as a woman I don’t have control of the choices I make for my body “in case I change my mind and want children” at 48 why have I had to suffer for 39yrs???

@The_Landlord Agent who is fully managing would be responsible for informing LL the EICR was due at the very least- if LL didn’t do it, agent can get it done acting as ‘agent of necessity’ Very poor practice by the agent. They have no right to withhold rent & jeopardise the tenants security
