@Hoover_UK I am in disbelief at your service . Waited since the 10th of January for an engineer to look at our 3 month old washer dryer, told today it was fixed and it wasn’t. Might be left for 30 days.

Family of 4 / NHS employee left with no washing facilities not acceptable.

@AldiUK utter disbelief with response to missing furniture! 5calls ,driver investigated, told in depot several times! Today told been sent back, nice of you to call me!!! Oh and wait can’t resend, can’t reorder until everyone else does! Refund 14 days and can’t complain!

@AldiUK really disappointed now been a week since my rattan outdoor sofa was suppose to arrive ! Really strange behaviour from delivery company! Been on to customer services now several times! Really just want communication and my product!
