Today was our first eyfs fun club and we had a fantastic time. We had lots of fun dancing then watched some how to videos to help use create some fantastic art work. I can’t wait to do it all again next week 😁 @wcpsc2030 @WCommonPS

@wcpsc2030 have been growing some radish, today we decided to see how they had grown. We washed them first then had a try. It’s always good to try new foods. Some children weren’t sure about the taste but well done for trying

In f2 we have been learning how things grow so this week we have sown some grass seeds. We made sure they had plenty of soil and water and placed them near a window so they can get plenty of sunlight.we can’t wait to watch it grow. @WCPSc2029 @WCommonPS

This week we are learning all about bees. We discussed how important bees are and learned how honey is made, we even got to try some today. Class 2 gave it a big thumbs up 👍🏻 @WCPSc2029

Today we found something lurking in one of our cupboards. We put it in a tray so we could all have a good look and use our reasoning skills to identify it. How many legs can you count? @wcpsc2030 @WCPSc2029

Today we made a tunnel . We thought about different ways to get through without knocking it down. We wiggled , crawled and slithered all the way through some of us even tried going through backwards! @WCPSc2029

After lots of practice this week children have independently created their own hopscotches and jumping games @WCPSc2029

Lots of exciting learning was happening during VIP time . We looked at 1 more , 1 less and number bonds in the games area and we also managed to fit in some phonics practice. Children were even inspired to add extra numbers and create there own hopscotch @WCPSc2029 @WCommonPS

Maya’s attention to detail and use of different brush stokes in her artwork really impressed her teachers, so mush so that she got to pick a book from our vending machine. Well done Maya @WCPSc2029 @WCommonPS

@WCPSc2029 today we built some ramps it took lots of concentration to line up the wheels as well as balancing to negotiate the ramps safely with our wheelbarrows
