@TD_Canada I made multiple attempts to resolve issues with a recurring transaction, including replacing a card after being assured that that drastic an action wouldn’t be necessary. Xmas present was learning you’re still aiding/ abetting the vendor. Your “bank” is a JOKE!

@MicrosoftHelps I have tried multiple times to resolve an issue with billing on a duplicate account even hiring my own tech support. You can find the account to dip into my pension each month but not when I try to sign in/ reach your offshore tech support?? Do better!

So this avenue too has failed to identify someone who will take responsibility for assisting me. Referring me back to same processes that have already failed isn’t support: it’s insulting and a waste of my time! Perhaps I need to resort to legal action?
