Whether we are taking Leila and Harper for an evening walk or rediscovering one of NC’s many trails like we did last summer in Old Fort, we find so many beautiful places to explore on foot. Today, I’m joining @DrOzCMS and Governors across the country to lift up National Walking Day. I hope you’ll plan to take part. Taking time for a 20 min walk a day can help us build a safer, stronger, and healthier North Carolina.
