Animals lying on filthy sidewalks, surrounded by trash, needles, and METH pipes-completely helpless.
Their owners are high, negligent, and incapable of caring for them.
These animals don't have a choice. They're trapped in someone else's addiction, suffering in silence.
This isn't just neglect, it's abuse. It's cruelty happening in the open, every single day.
