Working my way through my new book which arrived today and it is so insightful! What a positive feeling I have already! #valuepricing

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

#martinlewis we have had people being refused mortgages if they have received the SEISS, do you know anything about this please?

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

@IcelandFoods Hi, I already did that on Monday but my husband went into the store today and they provided us with our order in-store. Just would have been nice to be asked to come in instead of having no alternative. Well have food now yay :)

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

Thankfully I am lucky enough to be able to say "it's payday on Friday!" As our @IcelandFoods delivery never showed on Sunday, although the money was happily taken (through PayPal so a payment dispute is on the horizon), I will be able to buy food again! Yay! #Sainsbury perhaps!

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

Still no word from @IcelandFoods about our order we paid for and never received. #HowManyTimes have online orders gone to the wrong addresses I wonder? Someone got a bargain with our £120 order they haven't paid for! 2 teenage boys and their parents want their food please!

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

@MeljayTurner This is the 1st time I've been on here for a long time! I am having trouble with #Iceland and Twitter was the only way I could get to them. After initial response I've been ignored again. Very poor #CustomerService !!

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

@MeljayTurner Thank you Mel for your kind words. We try to help as much as possible, it is great to know our efforts are appreciated :)

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

@Tooclose66 @IcelandFoods Did you manage to contact them about it? Online says to ring them and when you ring them they say they aren't answering phone calls and that most questions are answered on their website! You can email them too but it's taking a long time to get a response. Must be happening a lot

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

@IcelandFoods we used your home delivery for the first time today. Got a text to say delivery on its way 7-9am and an email to say delivery complete. No delivery has arrived and no way of contacting you as your not taking phone calls. £120 lighter with nothing to show. Not happy!

I would like to thank the person(s) at #gillette for coming up with the #comfortglide razor. You are amazing. That is all ☺

[Julie Thatcher @JulieThatcher1]

The quality of the food was absolutely top notch in both taste and presentation. An amazing menu for fish and meat lovers alike.
