@BandQ a bunch of LIARS! Had to endure 7 damaged deliveries. Cribbs causeway store lying about delivering when I was home. Now officially complained they’ve phoned to apologise but where’s the compensation they offered waiting for deliveries? Said 3 days LIARS. Nowt in a/c LIARS

been to Gloucester B&Q bout 5 damaged deliveries not helpful told us Cribbs Causeway (the liars) have 5 in stock, yes it’s the 5 we’ve been sending back. Fuckn idiots. the one delivered today is same one as tried to deliver last week. Sorry had to swear not sure what to do! Angry

@BandQ 5 damaged deliveries, time off work, no show delivery drivers, lying that they came to my house. Cribbs Causeway absolute LIARS. Sending out the same damaged goods week after week, nothing done, no one is interested. Shouldn’t be trading with this kind of incompetence

@bt_uk well! Tried to change to EE tv, BT removed my TNT channels prematurely! On the phone to 6 different people, no one takes responsibility! Then have to wait 24 hours. Some of the BT/EE staff are liars!

@RoyalMail absolutely shocking service, 15 pieces of mail & a parcel delivered today, some of it dated 26 August! It had an elastic band around it, there was so much. It even included a piece of mail for the neighbours! Shower of shite #disgusted
