Well, the lawn service finally came by to mow the yard.
They need to pay more attention to detail and they sometimes leave a mess but they do it for free. So, I canβt complain. βΊοΈ

When the air over the mountains is hazy with distant wildfire smoke, the grass has turned a crunchy brown, and most of the wildflowers have gone to seed, another colorful show awaits: fireweed.
Itβs hard to miss with tall, straight, stems and bright pink blooms. It will still be conspicuous in autumn when the green leaves have turned crimson and pink blooms have changed to thousands of white fluffy seeds blowing in the breeze.

I'm just curious. I usually run 3-5 miles. I'm used to eating a light snack about 30 minutes before I start, maybe a banana or a slice of whole-wheat bread, and then making breakfast after my morning run.
For long-distance runners, how do they usually ensure they have enough energy to run 20 miles or even longer? πββοΈ
