Indie artist from Manchester, born in 🇳🇱. Crafting raw, heavy guitar-driven rock. I write, perform, & sing every note and lyric myself—no AI, Just Passion
⬇️
My line is simple:
If no human felt something while making it — it’s not music. It’s content.
Content fills space. Music fills the gap between who you are and who you want to be.
The difference matters. It always will. 🎸
AI can now write a song, generate a voice, produce a track, and release it — all without a human being involved. 🤖
And Spotify is apparently fine with hosting all of it.
At what point does the platform become indistinguishable from a content factory?
Rock and roll was never supposed to be comfortable. 🎸
It was supposed to make your parents nervous. Make you feel less alone. Give a voice to something that had no other outlet.
When it gets polished into wallpaper, it stops being rock.
The reason rock feels less dominant isn’t that people stopped loving guitars.
It’s that streaming algorithms optimise for passive listening. 🎶
Rock demands engagement. Attention. Volume.
It’s not background music. That’s a feature, not a bug.
How many of these have you heard front to back? 🎸
• The Stooges — Fun House
• Big Star — #1 Record
• The Kinks — Village Green Preservation Society
• Pavement — Slanted and Enchanted
• My Bloody Valentine — Loveless
All five? You’ve done some serious digging. 👇
There’s nothing quite like release day when you’ve made everything yourself. 🐑
No hype machine. No press release. Just a song you poured yourself into, finally out in the world.
Pre-saving “Black Sheep” means you’re there for that moment — it means everything to an indie artist
Black Sheep is officially out in the wild.
No shortcuts. No fake numbers. Just me and the songs.
If you grabbed it on Bandcamp you already got the high-res files 😉

Thank you for choosing human music. Means everything
Still processing the response to Black Sheep.
Thank you.
If you haven’t saved it on Spotify (or somewhere else) yet — that’s the one thing that helps most right now. 🖤

Exile on Main St. was recorded in a villa basement in France while the Stones were tax exiles and allegedly falling apart. 🎸
It’s the messiest, most human-sounding thing they ever made.
And it’s their masterpiece.
Does chaos produce better art than comfort? 👇

I’ve been making music in a home studio, alone, for years. 🐑
“Black Sheep” is what that looks like when it finally comes out right.
No label. No budget. Just conviction.
The first time a complete stranger listened to my music and said it meant something to them… 🎶
I still think about that.
Not a friend being kind. Not a family member being supportive. A stranger. With no reason to lie.
That’s why you keep going when nothing else makes sense.
The reason rock feels less dominant isn’t that people stopped loving guitars.
It’s that streaming algorithms optimise for passive listening. 🎶

The albums that shaped how I write: 🎸
Oasis — the sheer confidence of the hooks
Stone Roses — guitars as texture, not just noise
Neil Young — emotional truth over technical perfection
AC/DC — the power of restraint in riffing
Appetite for Destruction is considered one of the greatest debut albums ever.
I’d argue it’s one of the greatest albums full stop. 🎸
But here’s a hot take: the production hasn’t aged as well as the songs deserve.
Dire Straits are criminally absent from most "greatest rock bands" conversations. 🎸
Knopfler’s guitar playing is arguably the cleanest, most expressive in rock history.
No distortion. No performance. Just pure feel and economy.
