@edfenergy Smart Gas meter is showing no reading and customer services haven’t got a clue. Bill increasing from £45 per month to £309 based on estimates usage. Can someone help me to get the meter fixed?

@alikat54 @edfenergy My gas meter is faulty and the customer service rep was unable to book an engineer. I’m paying extortionate amounts based on estimated readings. All methods of contacting EDF do not work #disgrace

Eon- I cancelled my switch. You only cancelled electricity not gas. I am now calling for the 4th time for it to be cancelled. On hold for 30mins so far and counting. Why is #eon customer services so incompetent ? Can someone help?

The same apologies that are being made to Princess Diana for Martin Bashir's conduct and unethical methods, need to be made to Michael Jackson, as well. Bashir was a catalyst for the 2005 trial which, although was won by MJ, I have no doubt contributed to his early death.
