@nxcare We called @nxcare to lay out complain and seek for refunds and we were told that nothing of such happened, that the said bus got to its destination ontime in London, @nxcare Please kindly refund us and issue an apology, that was not what we bargained for when we booked

@nxcare At that point we looked for an alternative as the Bus driver said there was nothing he can do, so we got an Uber to London, and got a train to our destination

@nxcare till someone comes to fix the doors, we waited for 2hours and still no hope of anyone coming to fix the doors. The Bus was filled with passengers and kids, and no plans for us to get to our destination safe rather than being asked to wait Till whenever the engineer calls.

@nxcare We got to the Location outside London. A place called Stay and Eat, and after waiting for 30 to 45mins and we were ready to set out, But the Bus Door wouldn’t shut. The Driver tried calling the Engineers at National Express and got no response, so he asked us to wait

@and we set out, we got to one of the Driver’s pickup location and the Driver again announced that he will have to stop for a 30mins break before we get to London as there was no Driver to relieve him and he can’t drive more than a specific number of hours.

@nxcare So we got a return ticket to travel from London to Wolverhampton, we missed our going ticket, but joined the Bus on our Return ticket back to London, before we left Wolverhampton the 31st of July, the Driver announced that he ll be picking some passengers along the way
