Why Every New Bug Hits Some People Harder

When the flu comes around again, when C💉 comes around again, when RSV, norovirus, SARS, and the other bugs start moving through, some people get hit harder because the body is already overloaded. That is the part people miss.

TUES (yesterday) rang again to ensure meal coming & was told no meal was coming as nothing recorded on system.
WED (today) Vegan & GF main ✔️ & Vegetarian desert came.
Is all this acceptable @_MealsOnWheels & @cardiffcouncil ?

FRI No meals came ❌
SAT Vegetarian & GF meal / GF desert came
SUN Vegan & GF meal ✔️ / GF desert came
MON No meals came ❌

Busking seems to have downgraded - in Queen Street today I passed a man sitting on a stool next to a couple of speakers playing Smooth Criminal - Michael Jackson, with a large suitcase in front of him to collect money. As one guy passing said “he’s not doing anything!” #Cardiff

Thankful For The Angels & Spiritual Tools That Saved My Life Today

It's hard to make me speechless, but also I'm extremely exhausted, yet beyond grateful to the Angels who saved me today.

I wanted to share this story, because I know many people have not yet heard of Angels and Demons from @medicalmedium and the spiritual tools that are shared to protect us from the evil and terrible things that can happen in this world.

Time for me to drink my brain soother tonic and go to bed, but I hope this helps others see or be inspired to call upon angels (audibly) to help in your daily life, or simply just talk to them, because they will answer your call.

1/ I’m devastated that we’ve lost another from the ME community. James Strazza was a talented poet & musician. He developed myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) in 2009 and spent 10 years getting worse without a diagnosis. He had been completely bed-bound since 2019. #MEAwarenessDay
