The drums on Bee Gees - ‘Stayin’ Alive’ are actually a tape loop from ‘Night Fever’.

Their session drummer wasn’t available, so they took the ‘Night Fever’ drums, found a part they liked, manually cut the tape, looped it and slowed it down.

No computers or samplers in 1977!
