Arrived today at the Olivetti apartment in Ivrea that I chose as one of the locations for the second novel I’m working on, and where I hope to do some more writing over the next few days.

And, in a pleasing bit of serendipity, I arrived on the same day that Troubador Publishing agreed, after reading the manuscript, to handle the production, distribution and marketing of Penge Spring.

So, all being well, it should actually be available to buy in about six months’ time, almost exactly two years after I first started writing it.

I finished Penge Spring earlier this year, and the idea that it may soon exist as an actual book that other people can buy and read feels both slightly unreal and very exciting.

And now, appropriately enough, back to work on novel number two in Ivrea.
