@BestBuyCanada So I stopped him and I ask to please pack it carefully; he proceeds to throw his hands in the air and says pack it your self. Not only they were not sensitive around the situation, they were dicks trying their hardest to not let me return, achieving that at the end
@BestBuyCanada He agrees, and then after noticing the box was opened and the computer was turned on they stop half way and tell me they cannot take it anymore. So they guy at costumer service just starts shoving the computer in, bending everything and breaking the styrofoam.
@BestBuyCanada the guy in costumer service tells me they cannot do anything because old Don (RIP) bought it at a different location. So u asked to speak to the manager, and I explained that Don is no longer alive and we are looking to return everything and get credit in Best Buy
