As they were planning for their dynasty! Our gods knew how exactly we’re going to overcome it! Thanks to Ugandans who are doing everything possible to see Uganda freed!
I joined @TheWorld's @MarcoWerman to discuss why leaders who cling to power at the expense of their people remain one of the world's greatest threats, and why Uganda’s struggle for freedom deserves urgent global attention.
Kindly listen to the interview here:
Funny how the First Lady’s education journey skipped the proper steps, yet she’s in charge of our schools.
When shortcuts lead education, the whole system learns how to cut corners.
Today, we were in court again to represent the political prisoners charged with unlawful drilling. We opposed the state’s application for court to lock out the media from covering the court proceedings. We believe there is no cogent reason why this matter should be handled in the dark.
We also re-applied for bail, and a ruling will be delivered in two weeks time.
The accused persons include NUP Deputy spokesperson Alex Waiswa Mufumbiro, Edward Ssebuufu (Eddy Mutwe), Archileo Kivumbi, Olivia Lutaaya, Tasi Calvin (Bobi Giant), Kaija Doreen, Sauda Madada, among others.
#FreeAllPoliticalPrisoners
I haven’t seen any opposition supporter or human rights activist condemn this lady Bira, based in Dubai. She has posted multiple videos abusing President @KagutaMuseveni and his family and also spreading hate speech against Banyarwanda living in Uganda.
But I’m certain: the day she’s arrested or held accountable, same people will flood the social media calling her a 'political prisoner' and demanding her release.
If you’re not emotional listening to this, check your pulse, because it feels like someone is cutting onions in here. We shall stand with @HEBobiwine forever and ever Amen!
