I’m going to DRILL you!!!

I’ll interview you like a real HR would. I’ll challenge your answers, probe deeper, interrupt where necessary, ask follow up questions and test how well you communicate under pressure.

Then I’ll tell you exactly what you did wrong, what you did right and what you need to fix before you enter an actual interview room.

Two people every two weeks.

Saturdays.

1 hour each.

Selection will be random.

If you know you’re good on paper but interviews are where things usually go wrong for you, this is for you.
