@mkainerugaba But what exactly is PLU? Is it a political party, pressure group, NGO or something else? Only one man appoints, drops, promotes, demotes etc. No elections, no meetings, no formal procedures. Can it survive without Afande Chairman?

@mkainerugaba Looks like PLU has a good agenda. I wish they can reduce the number of districts, number of MPs, size of cabinet, extravagance of govt, increase service delivery, reduce salaries of MPs and pay civil servants equitably when your time comes
