On Joe Rogan’s podcast, Dan claimed that he made all of his money from Poker. There is no evidence that Dan has won any major tournaments — there are essentially zero tournament winnings on record. In 2014 (in an interview with Kevin O’Leary) Dan claimed that he won $𝟏𝟎.𝟖 𝑴𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒏 in a single night playing against a billionaire. Dan has been asked for proof but allegedly has never provided any.

Dan was allegedly given access to 2 separate Trust Funds. One at 30 years old and another at 35 years old. Dan claims he gave all of that money to his brother because he “didn’t need it, didn’t want it, didn’t care.”

In interviews, Dan has claimed that he is not “super close” with his family and has never taken money from them. Dan allegedly approached the company’s shareholders and his father, complaining that he wasn’t happy with the direction the company was going. Dan’s father was convicted of Securities & Tax Law violations in 1989. The government claimed Paul Bilzerian allegedly hid assets in family trusts to avoid paying $62,000,000 in fines and back taxes. Dan’s company allegedly 𝑰𝒈𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆 faced multiple lawsuits from investors and former employees claiming fraud, mismanagement, and breach of contract. Dan has admitted in interviews that the company allegedly functioned as his own personal piggy bank to fund his lavish lifestyle. His LA mansion was allegedly $𝟐𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 per month in rent. Ignite allegedly burned through $𝟏𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 in just a few years and filed for bankruptcy in 2020.

Dan has allegedly spearheaded multiple crypto projects — NFTs, memecoins, and other “investment opportunities” that have allegedly all failed. This led to Dan offering “lifestyle courses” online, which have allegedly been widely criticized as scams.
