My brother in law got my younger sister pregnant

My younger sister is 24 years old and she has been staying with me for some time while she looks for work.

My husband has a younger brother who is married with two children. My sister knew him as my husband's brother and they were both around the house regularly. A few months ago, I noticed that my sister and my husband's brother had become unusually close. I warned my sister to be careful because the man was married.
